Memorial Day weekend marked my final shift at the local Family Recreation Center. Even though ending my employment at the Rec Center allows more free time, I found the decision difficult since a secondary income source is such a blessing.
After careful deliberation, the pro's overcame the con's; and I am simply overjoyed with my decision. Currently, I am enjoying my evenings free to catch up on life, and my weekends available to volunteer and have more time with family.
